Wade Boyette, J.D., LLM.
Was born in Estill, South Carolina in 1967, and has lived in Lake County since 1994 where he has made his mark with a strong transactional law practice. Mr. Boyette was responsible for organizing many of the local businesses as the area grew, and has participated with many local charitable and nonprofit organizations. Prior to moving to Lake County, Mr. Boyette practiced tax accounting in the Big Six accounting firm Coopers and Lybrand in Jacksonville, Florida.
Mr. Boyette graduated from Georgia Southern University in 1989 with a B.S. Degree in Accounting; from Mercer University with a J.D. Degree in 1992; and from University of Florida with a Masters in Taxation in 1993. He is an active member of The Florida Bar and the Lake County Bar Association, and is a member of The Georgia Bar Association. Currently, Mr. Boyette is focusing primarily on Real Estate Law, Bankruptcy and Foreclosure defense, as well as Probate, Estate Planning, and Corporate/Business Law.
Heath B. Nailos, Esq.
Was born in 1969 in Atlanta, Georgia, and has resided in Florida since 1978. He received his B.A. in History from the University of South Florida in 1992 and his J.D. Degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1995. He made his mark by focusing primarily on Personal Injury and Litigation. Mr. Nailos also handles sinkhole disputes and issues associated with sinkhole claims. Mr. Nailos is a former partner in Cummins & Nailos, PA, and practiced as an Associate at Rissman, Weisberg, Barrett, Hurt, Donahue & McLain in Orlando.
Mr. Nailos has been involved with and a supporter of a number of charitable organizations in the Lake County community. He is a member of the Florida Justice Association, and the American Association of Justice. Mr. Nailos is also an active member of The Florida Bar and the Lake County Bar Association, and has practiced law in Florida since 1996. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Cornerstone Hospice, the South Lake Chamber of Commerce and the Pig On The Pond event. He is Chairman of the Board of Growing Champions for life and chairs the SPCR committee for The First United Methodist Church in Clermont.
Kristin Cummins Nailos, Esq.
Was born in 1970 in Leesburg, Florida and has resided in Lake County all of her life. She graduated from the University of Florida in 1992 with a B.S. in Journalism and Stetson College of Law, where she graduated with honors in 1996. Mrs. Nailos has practiced law in Central Florida since 1996, and is a member of The Florida Bar, and the Lake County Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the Middle District of Florida and all State Courts in Florida.
She has concentrated her areas of practice to include Real Estate Law, Real Estate Litigation, Mortgage Foreclosure Defense, General Litigation and Probate and Estate Planning. She is an active member of First United Methodist Church of Clermont and is an avid marathon runner.
Norman C. Cummins, Esq.
Was born in 1938 in Louisville, Kentucky. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Alabama in 1963 and a J.D. Degree from the University of Alabama in 1967. He made his mark practicing Probate, Estate Planning and Real Estate Law and has represented clients in the Lake County area since 1970.
Mr. Cummins has been a pillar of the Lake County community for over 40 years. He is an active member of First Baptist Church of Clermont. He is also an active member of The Florida Bar and the Lake County Bar Association.
Nancy A. Davito, Esq.
Ms. Davito practices in the areas of Sinkhole Litigation, First Party Insurance Litigation, Denied Insurance Claim Litigation, Personal Injury Litigation, Real Estate Law, Business Transactions and Estate Planning. With over 22 years of experience, Ms. Davito has practiced law in Florida since 1990 and has been a resident of the Central Florida community since that time. She has significant experience in all types of personal injury litigation.
She is a former managing partner of the Philadelphia based insurance defense firm Swartz Campbell, LLC. (Orlando location). She is also a former member of the insurance defense firm, Cameron, Hodges Coleman LaPointe and Wright, (Orlando location). She is uniquely well suited for litigating matters involving insurance disputes. Ms. Davito earned her B.A. Degree from the University of South Carolina and her J.D. Aileen Rodriguez Mazanetz, Esq.
She joined the firm after having relocated to Florida from Southern California. Ms. Mazanetz practiced law in California for 10 years prior to moving to Lake County. Ms. Mazanetz received her undergraduate degree in History from the University of California, Berkeley, and her law degree from Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California.
Ms. Mazanetz concentrates her practice on Business and Commercial Litigation, Sinkhole Litigation, General and Professional Liability and Personal Injury matters. Ms. Mazanetz is admitted to practice before all courts of the States of Florida and California, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
Active in the professional community, Ms. Mazanetz is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the California Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association and the Hispanic Bar Association. She is also actively involved with the Alzheimer’s Association of Orange County.
Ms. Mazanetz lives in Clermont with her husband, Joshua, and their son, Robert.
Was born in Olney, Maryland in 1978, grew up in Plantation, Florida and moved to Central Florida in 2001. He graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. in Finance. Mr. Costello was a member of the Law Review and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida A & M University College of Law while earning his Juris Doctor.
He joined BCN Law firm in 2012. His focus areas are Personal Injury, Sinkhole Litigation, Social Security Disability and Foreclosure Defense.
Brian Monk, Esq.
Brian grew up in the Central Florida area. In 2000, he graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Business Management and a B.A. in Political Science. Thereafter, Brian earned a Law degree, a Master’s of Education degree and Specialist degree in counseling from the University of Florida. While in law school, Brian earned a Certificate in Family Law and was named a Fellow of the UF Law Center on Children and Families.
Following law school, Brian worked as an Assistant State Attorney in Ocala, Florida, prosecuting felony and misdemeanor cases and handling nearly fifty jury trials as the lead prosecutor. Brian’s legal writing has been published in the Florida Bar Journal (November, 2013 Volume 87, No. 9). Brian also has several reported appellate decisions in the area of marital and family law. Brian utilizes his unique training and experience in his practice of marital and family law as well as in his handling of criminal defense matters. Brian spends his free time with his wife, Fran, and their two athletic boys. Brian is actively involved in his Church community and enjoys coaching his boys’ little league teams.
Melissa F. Williams, Esq.
Mrs. Williams was raised in Clearwater, Florida and moved to Central Florida in 2012. She graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and from the UF Levin College of Law with her J.D. Mrs. Williams also serves as an adjunct professor at the UF Levin College of Law teaching interviewing, counseling, and negotiation to second and third-year law students.
She has concentrated her areas of practice to include Elder Law, Probate and Estate Planning, Guardianship, and Medicaid Planning.
Mrs. Williams is an active member of the Florida Bar, Lake County Bar, and Florida Bar Elder Law Section. She is also on the Cornerstone Hospice Foundation Advisory Board for Lake and Sumter Counties.
Mrs. Williams husband Freddy is the CEO of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Lake and Sumter Counties.
